Maison Stiffler proposes their new shortbread biscuits

MAISON STIFFLER
In Caen, Maison Stiffler is an institution ! Local unhabitants use to pick up their cakes, puff pastries or salted tarts. Located 82 Saint Jean street, this place is an unmissable. It was created in… 1840, what makes it the oldest shop of the town. The founder was Philippe Stiffler, who came from Alsace to work in Normandy.
Since the beginning, the company is willing to develop its brand on the Norman territory through its development, its sustainable and local purchases and its partnerships. The aim is also to proudly convey Caen and more largely the Norman identity that made the story of Maison Stiffler.
ASSORTMENT OF SHORTBREAD BISCUITS
Since March 2017, a new assortment of biscuits was released : the shortbread biscuits. As usual, Maison Stiffler selected the best ingredients (gustatory but also produced in a logic of sustainable purchases related to environmental, societal and economic issues) and built strong partnerships. There is no excellence without great raw material.
For now, Maison Stiffler proposes four flavours : plain, toasted hazelnuts, salted caramel and chocolate with fleur de sel. So tasty !!!
The biscuits are displayed in a kraft paper, very simple and trendy.
